Henderson Chamber InSight 2023: Economic Resilience is Key

Last night, the Henderson Chamber of Commerce held its annual, invite-only InSight event at Ascaya in Henderson. Mike PeQueen, John Restrepo, and special guest Mayor Michelle Romero shared their insight about the national and Henderson-specific economic overview.

The Artisan Hotel Boutique in Las Vegas is rebranding to The Lexi - Elevations Hotels and Resorts. The new brand will be the first cannabis-friendly hotel in Las Vegas.

The state’s unemployment rate in December is 5.2 percent, increased by 0.3 from 4.9 percent in November and decreased by 0.1 percentage points when compared to December 2021.

Yesterday, North Las Vegas City Councilman Scott Black and the Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA) Board of Directors voted to approve a total of $37 million toward the Garnet Valley Water and Wastewater Systems allowing for the further development of Apex Industrial Park.
