Department of Energy Commits $700 Million Loan to Nevada Lithium Mine

The U.S. Department of Energy has committed to lend Ioneer Ltd. up to $700 million to mine lithium and boron from the Rhyolite Ridge project in Esmeralda County, Nevada.

The Rhyolite Ridge project would finance the on-site processing of lithium carbonate that could potentially support production of lithium for approximately 370,000 EVs each year.

LM Construction broke ground on its latest project, Nancy J Industrial Park, on the northeast corner of Eagle Rock Street and Nancy Jay Street and north of East Lake Mead Parkway in Henderson.

Larry Monkarsh the Owner of LM Construction and partner in Brass Cap Development, is also acting as the Owner/Developer of the project – developing under Red Label LV, LLC.

Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo announced the selection of attorney Kirk Hendrick as a member and as the next chair of the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

DIV Industrial, a new Irvine-based industrial investment and development firm, has acquired 94 acres in Henderson, Nevada to build a 1.7 million square-foot LEED certified industrial logistics complex located at the cross-section of Highway 95 and Roger Ray Road. The site was recently annexed into the City of Henderson.
