LAS VEGAS – The Private Bank by Nevada State Bank is excited to welcome Donna Stanfel to the Southern Nevada team as senior vice president, private banking relationship manager. Previously, Stanfel was a retail market manager, a position she held since 2018. Stanfel has worked at Nevada State Bank since 2003 when she joined the bank as a part-time teller.

“Since joining the bank almost 20 years ago, Donna worked her way up, developing her skills through positions in retail banking, service and sales, and then later as a business center manager,” said James Rensvold, Executive Vice President and Director of Private Banking. “In her time at NSB, Donna learned the many intricacies of the banking industry, giving her a level of experience that will prove invaluable at The Private Bank. Donna has built a proven track record of developing and maintaining client and colleague relationships, and I look forward to seeing her continue to build on that strength in her new position. Donna is an esteemed, longtime colleague who I’m proud to promote to The Private Bank.”

Stanfel is active in the Las Vegas community and is a board member for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Foundation. Recently, she was appointed by Governor Steve Sisolak as a member of the Board of Trustees of the College Savings Plans of Nevada. Stanfel has a Bachelor of Science in business management from UNLV and an MBA from the EMBA program at UNLV. In addition, she began her first year at the Pacific Coast Banking School in August 2022, continuing her personal development journey.
