With over 28 years of experience managing commercial real estate portfolios, Sunshine has managed TOBY Award winning assets and won multiple awards including Team Leader of the Year and Manager of the Year with previous firms.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Western Governors University and is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) association.
