Q: How did you get into the industry?

Megan: I started at Colliers in an administrative position. I met a lot of great people while learning about the industry. I left the states for a while to travel and explore other countries and when I came back, I knew I wanted to start my career in CRE. I was very blessed with a job opportunity from my partners and have never looked back!

Q: Any office development projects coming up in the market?

Megan: Yes, lots! There is currently about 700,000 square feet of office under construction, and a large portion of that is in the Southwest which is the most highly desired submarket in the valley due to its proximity to both Henderson and Summerlin.

Q: What kind of business/industry from out of state are expanding or relocating to the Las Vegas valley?

Megan: We have seen quite a few larger, business services groups coming to Las Vegas. Largely due to attractive business tax incentives and employment opportunities.

Q: What kind of tenants/industry do you see in the market today that did not exist in our market 5 years ago?

Megan: Definitely tech companies.

Q: What do you like the most about your job?

Megan: I love how each day is different and I am constantly learning. I am surrounded by so many talented professionals which is highly motivating.

Q: What do you like to do in your free time?

Megan: I love travelling, going for long walks, and hanging out with my friends exploring new restaurants!
