The Henderson Chamber of Commerce (HCC) announced that Scott Muelrath, president and CEO of the Chamber, was awarded the 2022 Urban Entrepreneurial Spirit Award of the Year by the Nevada District office of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) during the May 5 award ceremony at the Smith Center.
National Small Business Week is the first week of May every year and aims to celebrate the accomplishments and successes of deserving small businesses. This year, the Small Business Administration highlighted the resilience and tenacity of entrepreneurs who have worked diligently to support the nation’s historic economic comeback.
“I’m honored to receive this award and for the opportunity for the Henderson Chamber to be recognized for our ongoing efforts to contribute to our community and continuously support innovation and job growth,” said Muelrath.
