St. Jude's Ranch for Children Breaks Ground on Healing Center in Boulder City

St. Jude’s Ranch for Children, a charity that has been providing a safe, nurturing home with therapeutic residential treatment services to thousands of abused and neglected children in Nevada for over 50 years, broke ground on its Healing Center campus in Boulder City for children who are victims of sex trafficking.

The construction team includes Grand Canyon Development Partners, EV&A Architects, Taney Engineering, and The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company.

Nevada Announces The First Funding Awards for $500 Million Affordable Housing Initiative

Last week, the Nevada Housing Division announced an initial set of funding awards for the $500 million Home Means Nevada initiative funded by American Rescue Plan dollars. The first round of funding total $155.7 million, representing about one-third of the initiative.
