Developer Jeffrey Soffer first began development of Fontainebleau Las Vegas in 2005. After the 2008 global financial crisis and a few changes in ownership, the property is back to his hand and is scheduled to open in fourth quarter of 2023.

In partnership with Koch Real Estate Investments, Fontainebleau Las Vegas will feature approximately 3,700 hotel rooms, more than 550,000 square feet of convention space, and a collection of restaurants and shops, nightlife options and pool experiences.
