Sephora Expands Its Distribution Center in North Las Vegas

This facility, Sephora's fifth in the United States, allows Sephora to reach 97% of the country within two days and 60% of the country in one day.

The Governor’s Office of Economic Development announced last week that Sephora is planning an expansion of its existing 715,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility located in North Las Vegas.

The company will receive $779,612 in tax abatements. It will be required to create 33 jobs in the first two years of operation at an average weighted hourly wage of $27.20. It is expected to grow to 147 jobs in five years. The company will make $12 million in capital investments within the first two years of operation and generate $11,994,192 in net new tax revenues over 10 years.

The company opened its existing distribution center in 2019. According to real estate development firm VanTrust, this facility, Sephora's fifth in the United States, allows Sephora to reach 97% of the country within two days and 60% of the country in one day.
