New Office Building Coming Soon in Southwest of Las Vegas

The three-story building is located in the fast-growing southwest region of Las Vegas.

Today, a new office building in southwest part of the Las Vegas valley hosted its topping-off ceremony. Developed by Investment Equity Developers, the new building is located on the NE corner of Cimarron Rd. and Rafael Rivera Way, with visibility from I-215. The three-story building will have a gross building area of 37,451+/- square feet.

Ryan Martin and Tonya Gottesman from MDL Group are the brokers of the property. The contractor is Bentar Development. Avaruus Studios is the architecture firm and Lochsa Engineering is the engineering firm of the project.

One of the tenants is Millennium Commercial Properties, a Las Vegas-based commercial real estate brokerage and development firm with over three decades of experience. Millennium is one of the commercial real estate firms that is moving to the growing southwest part of the valley. CBRE, a commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, is moving to a new 200,000 square feet office at Uncommon, a $400 million mixed-use development project currently under construction. Berkadia, a commercial real estate mortgage brokerage and investment sales firm will occupy a 1,600 square feet office at Uncommon.

In addition to these two office developments in the area, Station Casinos is building a new $750 million casino hotel on Durango Rd. and I-215. Scheduled to open in late 2023, the hotel will have over 200 rooms and suite, 83,000 square feet of casino space, 20,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, four food and beverage outlets, and a food hall for casual dining experience.
