Renovations continue at Miracle Mile Shops on the Las Vegas Strip. The new design will include upgraded technology and digital elements to deliver an immersive entertainment experience. The mall will remain open during construction, which will be completed in spring of 2023.
The renovation includes a redesign to the exterior entrances on the Las Vegas Strip and Harmon Avenue. The new interior will include new flooring, lighting, ceilings, seating and a new sound system. The center’s restaurant zones will be entirely redesigned.
The mall is attached to Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino, which has 2,500 rooms and suites, and Elara by Hilton Grand Vacations, which has 1,201 units and four penthouse floors. Design and construction partners on the renovation include Cooper Carry, Digital Kitchen, Sensory Interactive, and VCC.
Miracle Mile Shops is owned by an affiliate of Institutional Mall Investors LLC, a joint venture between Miller Capital Advisory and CalPERS. CalPERS is the largest public pension fund in the United States. As of June 3, 2022, Institutional Mall Investors LLC portfolio included 21.0 million square feet of retail space and over 1.26 million square feet of prime office space.
