LaPour Partners and G2 Capital announced that Intermountain Health and SelectHealth have become the newest tenants at Narrative, a Class A office building located in Southwest Las Vegas Valley. Together, the two tenants will occupy all 21,621 rentable square-foot of the first floor.
Completed in December 2022, Narrative is located at 6795 Agilysys Way, fronting the I-215 beltway near South Durango Drive and the under-construction Durango Station Casino. In February, the developers announced Colliers International as the first tenant to take occupancy in the building.
Recently, a hospitality-focused tech company Agilysys has made Narrative their Las Vegas headquarters and will occupy more than 36,000 rentable square-foot, leaving only the coveted 4th floor remaining available for lease.
