Howard Hughes Corporation Breaks Ground on Two New Office Buildings in Summerlin

The project is slated for completion in the third quarter of 2023.

The Howard Hughes Corporation, developer of Summerlin, has broken ground on a new Class-A office complex consists of two three-story buildings on an 8.8-acre site in Summerlin South, next to the Aristocrat Technologies campus which was developed by the Howard Hughes Corporation in 2018.

The two buildings, each spanning 73,500 square feet, are connected by a first-floor lobby. Suites ranging in size from just over 5,000 square feet to more than 25,000 square feet. EV&A has designed the buildings to LEED Silver standards. Kalb Industries is the general contractor. The project is slated for completion in the third quarter of 2023.
