The Henderson Chamber of Commerce (HCC) added a Wellness Coach platform for its association health plan (AHP) members. The platform supports organizations through personal coaching, team challenges, and on-demand sessions to encourage healthy living, avoid burnout, and reduce employee turnover.
“This addition to our AHP programs is critical to our members who continue to make mental health and wellness a priority for their teams,” said Scott Muelrath, president and CEO of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. “We are able to offer a variety of plans that ensure members are able to customize plans according to the level of care that employees need and with this additional benefit we are able to offer continued care and resources for today’s workforce.”
The chamber’s AHP programs receive group benefits, customization, and industry-curated services with Health Plan of Nevada and Sierra Health and Life. Currently, more than 500 chamber members are enrolled in the plans covering 11,000+ lives.
