Las Vegas, NV - FINE Entertainment Management is opening The George Sportsmen’s Lounge (The George) this fall at the new Durango Casino & Resort.

Created by entrepreneur and Founder/CEO of FINE Entertainment Management, Jonathan Fine, says the concept pays homage to classic Vegas big tippers, commonly called “a George” – a nod to the recognizable portrait on the one-dollar bill. The new sportsman lounge will bring this persona to life by embodying and evoking the spirit of George by bringing the buzz and being the pulse of excitement. At The George, it’s not just about being at the party, you are the party.

Open 24 hours a day, The George will feature live entertainment, bartop gaming, sports viewing, patio parties, full-service dining, handcrafted cocktails and lounge-style bar seating. Located next to the STN Sportsbook, the venue will have two full-service bars, patio bottle service, more than 60 TVs and a multi-use outdoor LED wall. Patio parties will commence with nightly entertainment on the patio stage.

FINE Entertainment Management is best known for its brands PKWY Tavern, Rockhouse, ameriCAN Beer & Cocktails, The Mint Tavern and its newest concept in The Water Street District, BLVD Grille.

“We are excited to announce our collaboration with Station Casinos to bring The George Sportsmen's Lounge to the new Durango Casino & Resort,” says Jonathan Fine. “Located next to the STN Sportsbook, The George will be the perfect complement to the energy and excitement of the race and sportsbook and will offer convenient entertainment options for guests with sports wagering kiosks located inside. Imagine a place where the thrill of the game meets the excitement of live entertainment, all within a vibrant and immersive atmosphere. At The George, every moment is larger than life.”
