Completed Sale Transactions
- A sale to 5252 Ricky Road LLC. The ±2,630 square foot industrial property on ±0.85 acres is located at 5252 Ricky Road in Las Vegas, NV. The transaction amount was $850,000.00. Suzette LaGrange, CCIM of Colliers International represented the seller ESMI Properties, LLC.
- A sale to Atwood Family LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. The ±5,528 square foot office property is located within The Office by the Airport at 340 E. Warm Springs Road, Unit 100 & 105 in Las Vegas, NV. The transaction amount was $1,069,904.00.
