The American Institute of Architects Las Vegas Chapter, Women in Architecture Committee, has announced its 1st Annual Women Building Nevada Symposium to be held on Friday, September 9th, 2022, from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm, at the Blind Center of Nevada.

This symposium intends to celebrate, elevate, and acknowledge the women in our community that have and continue to make a difference through planning, design, development, construction, and the public sector.

This symposium recognizes the important contributions made by the women striving to enhance and improve our quality of life every day. The program endeavors to explore the vision and work of these influential women through panel discussion, breakout sessions, and an awards ceremony recognizing our rising stars, community builders, and allies in the industry.

Founded in 1956, AIA Las Vegas Chapter has over 600 members on the local and state level who consistently work to crate more valuable, healthy, secure, and sustainable buildings, neighborhoods, and communities.
