Cherry Development opened its second shareDOWNTOWN multifamily property in Las Vegas. The five-story building consists of 84 units on four floors and a fashion pop-up store by Thrifters Anonymous on the ground floor.

The apartment units are approximately 500 square-feet. The property is currently 30% occupied after one month of lease up period. Rents at shareDOWNTOWN begin at $1,185/month. Next to this property is a new hotel development coming soon.

The pop-up store Thrifters Anonymous is a vintage and upcycled clothing company founded by Las Vegas entrepreneurs Shana Dahan and Edwina Registre. It started as a secret club on YouTube and later turned into a boutique clothing store.

shareDOWNTOWN opened its first building in the Las Vegas Arts District in 2020, and it was fully leased within its first 6 months. Cherry Development CEO Sam Cherry said he is currently planning a new 104-units shareDOWNTOWN development with 10,000 square-feet ground floor retail in the Historic Westside.
